Shipping to AK, HI, P.O. Boxes, APO, and PR

• Standard Shipping: Deliveries to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR) typically arrive within 5 mailing days after shipment but may take up to 9 days in some cases.
• APO Addresses: Standard shipping to APO destinations can take up to 30 business days, while Premium shipping typically arrives within 10 business days. Express shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. If you select Express shipping to a P.O. Box or APO address, your order will be shipped via Premium shipping.

Customs and Duty Fees

Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs or duty fees. These fees are determined by the destination country and are not charged by Goldivas. You will find a notification about these fees:

1. Next to the international shipping options during checkout.
2. In your order confirmation email.

Please note that selecting the gift wrap option does not exempt your order from customs or duty fees. For inquiries regarding these fees, contact your local customs office. As these fees are not charged by Goldivas, they cannot be refunded.
